Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped worldwide.
For shipping we will use the Indian Post Office, at a low cost. However it can take up to 2-3 weeks for the parcel to arrive to the customer.
For Express shipping and secure delivery, we can, upon your request, use certified companies such as UPS and FEDEX.
Please be aware this service will be at a higher cost, which we can advise you on, as well as the delivery time, dependent on the weight of your individual order.
Here is a general guideline:
Indian Post Office: $5- please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time.
Express/ secure delivery: $30-$35- dependant on weight. Max 1 week.
Our Normal Turnaround time for ready Jewelry order is 5 to 7 working days. For production items it is 8 to 25 working days.
For shipping: You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete shipping information about yourself as prompted by registration form. That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
Before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation of offer included in the item’s description.
We only assume responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in our possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier of choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. MM Gems and its affiliates will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier and that are the fault of anyone but MM Gems and its affiliates.
MM Gems and its affiliates and will not be held responsible or liable in any way for its choice of shipping carrier. All international shipments are insured and the processing of claims takes time. We give our best effort to expedite them. Note: MM Gems reserves the right to make changes to its site and its contents, including prices, descriptions, inventory, policies, and terms and conditions, without notification to any user or customer, registered or unregistered.
- Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Seller notifying the Buyer that the Goods are available for collection at the Seller’s premises or for delivery to such place and on such terms as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer at the time the order is placed.
- All Goods, wherever possible, will be delivered within 7 working days of the order being placed and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
- The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
- A tentative delivery time will be given along with the formal order confirmation email. Alternatively, you could go mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and call at +91-98290 63485 to determine the status of your order.
- Please note that in today’s time period, it is not possible to carry huge inventory. Hence, Raw Materials of the most items are held in stock and the finished goods will be dispatched to you within 2 working weeks or as per the negotiation, only after confirming your order invoice with the appropriate freight charges paid by you.
- We, do not dispatch any orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
- In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods within the time specified, the Seller will contact the Buyer to advise of the situation and the Buyer shall be entitled to cancel those items and receive a full refund of those items or agree a later delivery date or other replacements given to him /her.
- Title and risk in the Goods shall pass on to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
- You will be able to track any purchase that was shipped via our logistics partners. When the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service will be sent to you via email.
For customized artifacts (made to order) you will receive a confirmation from us as to when to expect your item. In most cases, you will be able to track your purchase.
